Chiropractic Care for Shoulders

THE MAJORITY OF SHOULDER PAIN PROBLEMS INVOLVE THE MUSCLES, LIGAMENTS, CARTILAGE AND TENDONS OF THE SHOULDER.

Shoulders are the most mobile joint in the body. Because they offer the greatest range of motion, they are also the least stable leaving them prone to injuries such as rotator cuff tears, impingement, tendonitis, instability, labral tears, frozen shoulder, or osteoarthritis.

Injured shoulders often feel stiff or suffer reduced range of motion or strength.

Can you rotate your arm in all the normal positions? Do you lack strength in your shoulder to carry out activities of daily living? Does it feel like your shoulder could pop out of the socket?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, it could be a warning sign of a shoulder injury.  It is important to seek treatment before your warning signs become serious issues.

If you are having any symptoms, it is important to have your shoulder assessed to determine the best course of treatment. We work closely with a team of physical therapists, acupuncturists, massage therapists, orthopedists and imaging centers to ensure your case is managed efficiently and effectively.
