Support for Improved Posture
Noticeable postural imbalances (i.e. – excessive rounding of the spine or forward migration of the head) can, over time, have lasting effects on the nervous system, spine, and connective tissue.
We can give you tools to correct components of poor posture or slouching, such as forward head translation or weak postural muscles, to realign your spine for optimal functioning. This will ultimately lead to decreased levels of pain, reduced tension and increased range of motion.
Chiropractic treatment is suitable for a number of postural problems such as:
- Variations of the normal curvature of the neck, mid-back and low back
- Kyphosis (hunchback)
- Pelvis/hip unleveling
- Forward head posture
- Scoliosis
- Limited range of motion
